Information submitted through the consultation, question and commercial inquiry forms is used to respond to the inquiry and coordinate the flooring project.
Inquiry information
The website collects the contact and project details you choose to provide. Inquiry emails are delivered through the configured transactional email provider to info@courneyaflooring.com. Courneya Flooring may retain the inquiry and related correspondence for a reasonable period to respond, coordinate the project and maintain ordinary business records.
Saved flooring and necessary storage
The Flooring Finder stores saved and comparison selections in your browser on the device you are using. They remain there until you remove them or clear browser storage. Necessary site storage also supports functional site behavior and remembers your measurement choices. When you submit a Finder inquiry, only the selected public flooring identities and the project information you choose to provide are sent for validation and follow-up.
Optional photos
Project-photo delivery is currently disabled because persistent secure storage is not configured. The website does not claim to receive photos when it has not. If enabled later, accepted formats, size limits, storage and retention details will be documented here.
Analytics and advertising measurement choices
Optional measurement is disabled until you choose it. You may allow analytics without allowing advertising measurement, or allow both. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and broad interactions such as flooring types viewed, filters used, items saved or compared, and whether an inquiry was successfully accepted. Advertising measurement and click attribution help measure whether advertising leads to enquiries; they are not permission for personalized advertising.
The same first-party preference applies across courneyaflooring.com and finder.courneyaflooring.com. Advertising measurement requires analytics permission. Advertising personalization and remarketing are not enabled, Google Signals remains disabled, and no enhanced-conversion or customer-data upload is used. Consultation analytics events do not send the name, email, phone number, location, message, or other customer-entered form details to Google Analytics.
Email and spam protection
Form delivery uses a transactional email service when configured. Basic technical signals may be processed to validate requests, limit repeated attempts and reduce duplicate or automated submissions.
